About Us

Abu Dhabi Commercial Engineering (ADCE) is a leading consulting services firm, providing end-to-end development solutions to real estate developers and expert advisory services to financial institutions involved in real estate lending and construction finance across the UAE. Founded in 2007, we partner with the Abu Dhabi Department of Finance to manage the development and construction of commercial buildings for the citizens of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

We work in partnership with municipalities across the UAE to enhance the reporting and certification processes for real estate projects funded by escrow financing schemes. We also provide independent technical advisory and valuation services to Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank.

What do we do

We provide Consulting Services by addressing all aspects of real estate development from concept design and feasibility studies to detailed design, tendering and value engineering, and project management.

We advise financial institutions by covering initial due diligence, monitoring and reporting and final acceptance.

We value real estate assets by leveraging our expertise in development and advisory and using digital and real-time data analytics for precise and informed assessments.

We partner with municipalities to improve and implement reporting and certification processes for Escrow-funded projects, ensuring compliance with the laws and regulations.
