ADCE ensures that all works are carried out in compliance with the construction contract in place and with UAE and Abu Dhabi laws and all relevant authorities’ codes and regulations.

In addition, ADCE also ensures that the project is progressing as per the planned schedule and within the approved budget in order to meet all the contractual requirements and obligations.

ADCE’s flagship project as a consultant and project management company was through our strategic relationship with our parent company, ADCB.

The project was a 1,195-unit, 14 eight-storey mid-rise residential apartment scheme that consists of 1,148 residential units and 47 retail areas. This is in addition to car parking facilities situated on the ground level and two basement levels, and underground infrastructure services and road works.

The project scope was to carry out master planning, design, tendering, supervision and day-to-day project management, including cost consultancy and budget management, as well as direct liaison with local authorities and utility providers.
