How to Register

Material Suppliers

In order to register with ADCE, please follow the steps below:

  1. Send an email to [email protected] with your:
    • Commercial licence
    • Classification certificate
    • Email ID for vendor registration
  2. Upon successful submission, you will receive an email with the activation link to sign up on VendorCafe
  3. Download the VendorCafe User Guide and follow the steps outlined to build your VendorCafe account profile. Please also update your company mobile number on VendorCafe in this format: 9715XXXXXXXX
  4. Attach all mandatory documents (listed below) in the “Document” menu section of VendorCafe and submit your profile

If you have already registered on VendorCafe and have worked with ADCE in the past, you can log in to your existing account and upload your new documents to renew your registration.

Please note the following:

  1. Documents submitted via VendorCafe are received by ADCE within 2 to 3 working days. Vendors will receive an auto-generated email for the “submission approval” and the new client vendor code will appear on your profile. The VendorCafe status will also change to “pending approval”
  2. Vendor documents received from VendorCafe will undergo a review by the ADCE Technical Team. The review period will take 7 to 10 working days. The Technical Team will provide the registration approval after reviewing your documents, and the system will send out email instructions for you to make a payment for the registration fee. If, during the technical review, they would require additional information or documentation, you will receive a notification from VendorCafe to provide the requested information
  3. Upon approval of your registration by the Technical Team, you will receive an email with the details of the registration fee, and the Hyper Bill payment link will be sent to your registered email ID and mobile number. The payment of registration fees can be made online using any debit/credit card issued within the UAE

Once you have made the payment, send a copy to [email protected] to receive instructions on the issuance of your registration certificate. The registration certificate and tax invoice will be issued within 2 to 3 working days after the payment is received.

If you have already an account on Vendor Café, please update your documents and resubmit your profile.
