    General Scope
    With a duty of care to RERA/ADM/ARRA/etc. the Escrow Trustee and the Buyer/Investors, we provide technical expertise to ensure that all the conditions of the release of funds in Escrow are met appropriately.
    Reporting
    We rely on engineering and project management expertise to verify progress of works.
    Certification
    We analyze projects and their bill of quantities and set up a mechanism to certify payments disbursements that reflect actual progress on site.
    Special Scope
    In special assignment we provide expert analysis if there is a dispute over the conditions of release of funds in escrow.
